1. Using the tools

toolhar provides free, browser-based utilities that run on your own device. You may use them for any personal or commercial task that is legal where you are. You are responsible for what you do with the output — for example, how you use generated characters or converted files.

2. No uploads, no storage

Tools process your files locally. We do not receive, store or host your documents, and we offer no file hosting service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the tools to violate platform rules (for example, hiding spammy text on public sites), to harass people, to break the law, or to attack the site itself. We may remove access that violates this section.

4. Availability and no warranty

The tools are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep everything working but may change, fix or remove a tool at any time. You use the output at your own risk — double-check important conversions.

5. Intellectual property

The website design, text and instructions are ours; the files you create with our tools are yours. Nothing here gives you rights to our branding.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page.
